Preventive Care

Preventive care includes things such as regular check-ups, screenings and immunizations. This type of care may also help you catch health problems before they become serious. Routine visits for patients of all ages are scheduled to promote wellness and disease prevention.

Joint Injections

Steroid injections are minimally invasive procedures that can temporarily relieve pain caused by an inflamed joint. They can be used as a treatment to relieve inflammation and pain caused by various conditions.

Medicare Annual Wellness Checkup

Wellness Checkups include a review of your medical and social history related to your health and education and counseling about preventive services, including certain screenings, flu and pneumococcal shots, and referrals for other care if needed. Height, weight, and blood pressure measurements.

Minor Office Procedures

Minor office procedures can be easily and safely performed in a short amount of time during a clinic visit. These typically require local anesthesia and little recovery. Some procedures include removal of foreign objects from wounds, stitches for lacerations, incision & drainage, and others. Contact our office for more information.

Well-Child Checks

Well-child checks include a complete physical exam. Our providers will check the child's growth and development in order to find or prevent problems. Hearing, vision, and other screening tests will be part of some visits. Even if your child is healthy, well-child visits are a good time to focus on your child's wellness.

DOT Physicals

Coming Soon!

DOT Physicals evaluate a driver's vision, blood pressure, and a complete review of their medical history. This can help ensure that a driver does not have certain health conditions and can safely operate a commercial vehicle.

Chronic Care Management

The goal of chronic care management is to help patients achieve a better quality of life through continuous care and management of their conditions. In a chronic care management program, a patient might have reduced pain and stress, increased mobility and physical fitness, and better sleep and relaxation.

Pre-Op Clearance

Pre-op medical clearance is a pre-surgical measure aimed to protect you. If you have another medical condition, such as cardiovascular disease, your surgeon may want another doctor familiar with your medical history to offer perspective on whether the procedure is safe for you and ways to reduce risks.
